Resolving The Power Imbalance
In personal injury cases, insurance companies representing negligent parties work with overwhelming resources to limit payouts to injured people. In workers’ compensation situations, workers’ compensation insurers do the same thing.
We are equalizers who have been successfully resolving these matters on behalf of our clients for more than 25 years. Our founding attorney, H.L. Rick Cromartie III, has a full understanding of how our opponents operate. As a former insurance defense lawyer, Rick Cromartie’s insights and anticipation of the opposing parties’ tactics help us sculpt custom strategies capable of obtaining substantial results for our clients.
